Established in 2002 Countrywide Claimsline was setup to provide services to enable clients to get back on the road after an accident which was no fault of their own. Over time we have enhanced the services available to include assistance with repairs.

Countrywide Claimsline works in association with United Assistance to provide a full service to vehicle users.

United Assistance Limited is a privately owned company, whose directors are actively involved in the business to ensure that high levels of customer care are delivered to you and your clients.

United Assistance are an appointed representative of Onclaims Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

United Assistance are a GTA ABI Tier 1 approved supplier of replacement vehicles and accident management services to fleet management companies, the broker market and accident repair centres.

The GTA is a non contractual set of protocols designed by subscribing insurance groups and credit hire companies that guarantees full protection to you, ensures recovery levels and costs associated with vehicle hire are fixed at a sustainable rate in return for insurers guaranteeing prompt settlement of the invoiced hire charges without the need for expensive litigation.

United Assistance take fraud seriously and as part of their risk assessment system the Netfoil software package is utilised to identify suspicious claims.
